Business Units Orders & Members Chart
In a simple chart view, users can see the orders done by different business units, platforms, shops and the new customer signups in the last 30 days.
Order Summary by Platforms & Shops, with Stock Inventory
Chart view for orders quantity, order amounts for all shops & platforms, and with the matching inventory data update over last 30 days.
Platform & Dedicated Portals Sales Summary
Via table format, data can be presented via actual numbers. All data can be exported into Excel format for further offline analysis and reporting.
Order Data View By Business Units
System allows users to create many Business Units, classified by location, department, subsidiary and much more. Sales data can be analysed with the matching BU setup.
Product Inventory Management
Inventory module allows stocks to be tracked by Products, By Batches, By Categories and update with a single interface. Inventory level alarms can be set as well.
Pick & Pack Data Generation
Order Process team can review and generate orders from all platforms, make amendments, and export into Excel file with Pick & Pack data for warehouse team to process. A clear cut between order management team and warehouse support team. This is the exact function which enable centralized order process team, while warehouse team can be in their own countries.
Customer Management Module
If platform allows, you may download limited set of customer data and perform some analysis job here. Same people may purchase your products in different platforms, and we can tally the repeat purchase data here, and analyse more customer purchase behaviours to support a better marketing campaign execution.
Full sales report data, with data summarized from all platforms and shops supported. Data can be exported into Excel format for custom reporting and analysis.
Stock Card Report
Stock Card Report allows users to filter (By Product, by category, by keywords, by dates) and search products in different warehouses. Low quantity or near expiry date products will be highlighted in colors for extra attention.
